The design concept adopts an abstract approach of nautical to responding to the company context of maritime shipping industry.  Nautical, a unique extraordinary "nautical" experience co-existing alongside the cityscape surroundings, achieving the balance between the workspace and residential comfort.  The result looks like a home rather than an office, as we believe that working with a great team makes one feels like part of a family.
